    EMSIOP Assessment Experience

    The executive assessment component of the EMSIOP will consist of a year long assessment, feedback, coaching, and development planning process designed to provide the student with insights in to their personal and leadership effectiveness and a development plan to target opportunities to grow leadership capability.

    The executive assessment process will include:

    • A variety of leadership and competency assessment of critical leadership capabilities
    • Participation in a leadership assessment center which will include a variety of “day in the life” exercises and simulations designed to capture core leadership capabilities
    •  Individualized feedback reports on the assessments and debriefing meeting to discuss and interpret the feedback
    • Creation of an individualized development plan using the assessment results to target opportunities to build leadership capability and effectiveness
    • Skills development workshops with talent management and leadership experts
    • Monthly meetings with a coach to discuss assessment results, review development plan progress, and set goals implement development plan
