    Declare a Liberal Arts Major

    Choose Your Own Path

In addition to traditional majors, we offer our students the freedom to create their own unique academic experience. You don’t have to decide right away, but understanding the requirements for each major will help you take advantage of the full range of possibilities.

Students with questions about their official Weissman major status, including submitted major forms, should emailĀ WSAS.MajorForms@baruch.cuny.edu.

    Liberal Arts Major

Pursue a structured, established course of study through one of Weissman’s traditional majors and focus your academic interests.

Learn more about declaring a liberal arts major.

    Ad Hoc Major

Create your own major by combining courses from two or more Weissman departments or liberal arts disciplines into an integrated field of study.
