    Advisement

    Contact an Advisor

    Current Students

Undergraduate students in the Weissman School of Arts and Sciences should the Center for Advisement and/or department faculty advisor(s) for academic advisement.

    General Degree Advisement

Students follow a uniform set of general education requirements known as CUNY Pathways, as outlined in the Undergraduate Bulletin. Students should use the DegreeWorks system or schedule an appointment with an advisor in the Center for Undergraduate Advisement and Orientation (NVC 5-215; 646-312-4260) to review their Baruch College Pathways curriculum requirements and/or general elective requirements.

    Major Advisement

All students must meet with a faculty advisor within the appropriate academic department(s) to complete an official major specialization form. This should be done as soon as possible both to ensure that the major selection is official and, more important, to receive advisement concerning major requirements, course selection, etc.

Please note, students are expected to complete the major requirements in place at the time a major is officially declared.

    Further Questions

If you have additional questions or concerns related to requirements within the Weissman School of Arts and Sciences, please contact the Office of the Associate Dean (NVC 8-210; 646 312-3890).
