Each year the Dean’s Office of the Weissman School of Arts and Sciences recognizes outstanding faculty and staff whose work reflects the four core values our community identified as central to our work and mission in our 2024-29 Strategic Plan: collaboration, inclusion, caring, and exploration. Six $1000 awards will be awarded annually, one in each faculty/staff category below.
This year, in collaboration with student leaders in Weissman, we’re excited to announce a new category recognizing outstanding junior or senior undergraduate students who embody two or more of these values through their excellence in scholarship, service, engagement, and/or innovation within and beyond the Baruch community. This award category has been allocated $1000, which will be distributed across no less than one and no more than four deserving students.
All awards will be presented at the final WSAS faculty meeting of the spring semester.
Nominations are due by March 11th
