    Harman Opportunities

The Harman Program offers up a variety of great connections to the literary world, from semesterly writing competitions to internship pipelines with New York-based publishers, all of which are available to current Harman students and alumni.

    Internships

Both internships are open to Harman students and provide interns with real-world experience in what it’s like to work in the publishing industry. Harman Publishing Network

Over the years, the Harman Program has helped bridge many connections between Baruch students and the publishing industry. Our classes and workshops provide the perfect opportunity for Baruch students to learn more about what we do and meet like-minded classmates, and our internship pipelines have sent many students down the path of publishing. In the future we want to foster these connections even more, and we can’t do that without the many alumni who are now paving their way in the literary world. Together, we strive to make the Harman Program one which students from all over the state and country come to in their journey to make their mark as editors, translators, authors and more. Clicking on the button below will take you to a whole network of former Harman alumni who have worked or are working in publishing. Find out more about their experiences by connecting with them on LinkedIn.
