Gabrielle Bell

Gabrielle Bell was born in England and raised in California. Her work has been selected many times for Best American Comics and she has contributed to The Believer, Vice Magazine and The New Yorker. The title story of Bell’s book, “Cecil and Jordan in New York” has been adapted for the film anthology Tokyo! by Michel Gondry. Her first full-length graphic memoir, Everything is Flammable, was nominated for the LA Times Book Prize. She lives in Brooklyn, New York.
