    Careers

Although we encourage psychology majors to go on for a graduate degree and take advantage of the increased job opportunities, many career options exist for undergraduate majors. Typically, more than half of psychology majors that do not go on to graduate school end up in businesses where communication and working with people are important and necessary parts of the job. As you might guess that in today’s global economy, these skills are necessary in all sectors of the workforce.

To learn about specific professions and job employment opportunities for psychology majors you should visit Baruch College’s Career Development Center.
