Arts Minor – Photography
Department of Fine and Performing Arts
Photography may be taken as a track within the liberal arts minor in Art. A minor in photography requires students to complete two courses at the 3000-level, and one capstone course (ART 4900). Students can choose to study history of photography, digital photography, design, theory, or photojournalism.
Photography in particular has countless applications in the professional world, from business, to law, to medicine, and beyond. This minor also provides the appropriate undergraduate preparation for advanced training in photography.
