Japanese Studies minor
Department of Modern Languages and Comparative Literature
The minor in Japanese Studies provides students with a general knowledge of Japanese history, culture, literature, and arts in the English language. The minor requires the completion of three courses in Japanese studies at the 3000-level or above, with at least one of them from among the following capstone courses: JPS/AAS/CMP 4905; JPS/AAS/CMP 4906; JPS/AAS/FLM/CMP 4907; or JPS/AAS 4908.
Requirements for the Minor
Students are expected to complete the minor requirements in place at the time they are officially accepted into their programs. Please review the College Bulletin for the relevant academic year.
