    Recruitment Options

There are a variety of methods for conducting outreach to our Graduate Students and Alumni.

If you are interested in conducting On-Campus Interviews, we can schedule students who meet your criteria for one of our conference/interview spaces. You will be able to interview highly qualified candidates who are pursuing or have obtained their master’s degree in one of our programs (MA in Arts Administration; MA in Corporate Communication; MS in Financial Engineering; MS in Industrial/Organizational Psychology; or MA in Mental Health Counseling)

You may also be interested in leading an Information Session about your company including insights regarding the culture, mission, and what it takes to be a successful employee. This will allow students to see if they are a good fit, and decide whether to pursue a career with your company.  Information Sessions can be conducted as an on-site visit at your location, or as on on-campus activity.

If you are interested in sitting on a panel, presenting on your industry sector or a topical issue, attending a graduate-level targeted career fair, or any of the above recruiting activities please contact: weissmangraduatecareers@baruch.cuny.edu
